About this blog:
This blog concerns the ongoing negotiations about a trade and investment agreement between the European Union and United States, the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP). The main purpose of the blog is to report from the secret negotiations mixed with some more in-depth updates. The blog is covering the negotiations as a whole, however with an additional focus on Sweden.

This blog, although being written mainly in Swedish, will continuously post entries which is also available in english. The blog was started by former Swedish member of the European Parliament, Carl Schlyter. Since Carl left the European Parliament after the elections in 2014, his successor, MEP Max Andersson, is now running the blog. Editor, just as before, is Rikard Allvin, who has considerable experience working on similar trade deals, including ACTA.
